Pilot House - The top portion of the plow (similar to the coupola of a caboose) where a crew of two people sit and operate the plow.
Pilot(s) - Plow operators.
Air reservoirs - Large vertical standing tanks that supply the air to the cylinders to operate the wings and flanger.
Air cylinders - Two sets of horizontal slimmer tanks, enclosing the pistons, that fill with air, applying pressure against the piston shafts and elevating the wings and flanger.  Cylinders operate on 70 psi.
Air piston - Steel shaft or arm, enlcosed in the air cylinders, that connect to the wings and flanger.  Two steel shafts per wing and one shaft on the flanger.  
Flanger - A "blade" located in the center back half of the plow that lowers/raises vertically between the two rails to clear snow.
